Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the weight of your order:

  • 10–15 lbs: $25
  • 15.001–30 lbs: $50
  • 30.001–50 lbs: $75
  • 50.001–80 lbs: $100
  • 80.001–120 lbs: $125

Please note: Delivery fees cover careful handling and secure packaging of your rugs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Transit Time

Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, selected rug size, and carrier schedule.

For rugs sized 12' x 15' and larger, the rug will be shipped rolled and delivered by trucking carrier. Because oversized rugs require special handling and carrier coordination, delivery for these sizes may take approximately 10–15 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking information to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery Notes

  • Please provide a valid delivery address with clear access instructions.
  • Standard-size rugs are securely packaged for safe transit.
  • Oversized rugs, including 12' x 15' and larger sizes, are shipped rolled through a trucking carrier to help preserve their shape, structure, and overall condition.
  • Some orders may require additional handling depending on the rug’s size and weight.
